"Not really happy with this mattress"
I didn’t love this mattress. It just has that kind of cheap feel to it, and it was way too firm for me. I tried to give it some time, but it never really got comfortable.

"Bad in-store visit, not going back"
I stopped by The Bedding Mart thinking I’d just try a few mattresses and ask some basic questions about delivery, but the whole visit felt uncomfortable from the start.

The salesperson made me feel like I was interrupting him, and instead of actually answering what I asked, he kept steering me toward the pricier mattresses. I also noticed the prices didn’t seem to match what I had seen online, which just made things more confusing.

Just a heads-up for anyone in the area: I’d check prices online first and maybe call ahead before going in. Maybe another location is better, but based on my experience, I left frustrated and won’t be going back.

I ordered a queen mattress protector, but they sent me a twin sheet set instead. I tried to get it sorted out, but I felt like I was just being passed around and it dragged on way longer than it should have. Now I’m stuck waiting all over again for the thing I actually paid for. Frustrating experience.

"Just couldn’t get comfortable"
I really wanted to like this mattress, but it just felt too firm for me right away. I think it was the first night, or maybe the second, that I started waking up with sore hips and shoulders. I kept telling myself it just needed a little time to break in, so I gave it a few weeks, I lost track of exactly how long, but it never really got any better. It might work for someone who likes a very firm bed, but it definitely wasn’t comfortable for me

"Delivery scheduling was all over the place"
The delivery scheduling was kind of a mess. My delivery time kept changing, and I kept having to adjust my plans around it. I get that delays happen... but after a while, it just got frustrating.

"Still not getting good sleep"
I was really hoping this would help because my sleep has been all over the place, but i didn’t notice much of a difference. I kept waiting for that point where I’d be like, okay, maybe it’s working, but nope, I’m still waking up and tossing around like usual. Maybe it works for other people, but for me, not so much.

"Felt pressured the whole time"
We stopped in hoping to just take our time, look around a bit, and get a feel for what they had, but it got uncomfortable quickly. The sales guy kept coming over and pushing all these add-ons and extras, even after we tried to make it clear that we just wanted to browse for a while. It kind of felt like every few minutes there was another pitch or another thing we were being steered toward, instead of being given space to actually think. I don’t mind getting help when I ask for it, but this felt more like pressure than helpful service. In the end we just felt rushed and awkward, so we left without buying anything.

The mattress did arrive, but the delivery experience wasn’t the smoothest. The guys showed up later than expected and seemed a little rushed, which came across as kind of rude. They also left the mattress blocking my hallway, so I had to move it myself. Not a huge disaster, but definitely not the best delivery experience.

I had an issue with my order getting it dealt with was frustrating. The replies were really slow, and I had to keep explaining the same thing over and over. Even by the end, it still didn’t feel like it was actually fixed properly. Really not happy with the whole experience

"Financing turned into a headache"
I tried using the financing option, and it made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. The details weren’t explained very clearly, so I didn’t feel like I really knew what I was agreeing to.

By the time I got near the end, the terms looked different from what I thought I had seen earlier. Maybe I missed something, but it felt confusing in a way that seemed totally preventable.

I ended up backing out and not buying anything. If the financing is the main reason you’re considering shopping here, I’d definitely slow down and read every single detail before moving forward.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: the exchange process was a headache. I tried to exchange my bedding and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Replies were slow, the instructions weren’t clear, and I kept feeling like I had to follow up just to get basic answers. Maybe others had a better experience, but for me it wasn’t worth the stress. "Nice mattress, but the price threw me off"
I liked the mattress and the store seemed fine, but the price felt way too high. I ended up finding the same one cheaper at two other places, so I couldn't really justify buying it here. That said, the staff were decent and part of me wanted to buy from them anyway, but the price difference was just hard to ignore

I tried getting help with a warranty issue and got nowhere. It was frustrating because I expected at least some useful support, or at minimum an apology for the hassle. Instead, I was left feeling like my problem didn’t matter.

I bought a mattress from The Bedding Mart, and at first I thought it was going to be fine. The first week felt decent, but soon it started sagging right in the middle. I’m not a big person, and I’ve been rotating it like they recommend, so to me it really shouldn’t be doing this already. Now it feels lumpy and kind of cheap, and I’ve been waking up with back pain. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy another one.

"Left in the dark unless I kept chasing"
I ordered from The Bedding Mart the whole thing was frustrating. After placing the order, I expected at least some basic updates, but it felt like I was just forgotten about. There was no clear shipping information, no proper explanation for the delay, and mostly just silence.
I ended up having to keep reaching out myself to find out what was going on, which got annoying really quickly. Delays happen, but not communicating makes it feel so much worse. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order from them again.

"Pretty disappointed with the whole experience"
I was not too happy with my order. The ordering process felt more annoying than it needed to be, and when I reached out to support, I didn’t really feel like they helped much.
